As a certified Leadership & Personal Development coach, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to help individuals and organizations achieve their goals. With a diverse business background of over 30 years spanning marketing, advertising, trading, manufacturing, finance, and logistics, I have a deep understanding of what it takes to transform & develop individuals and companies from the inside out. My areas of expertise include Corporate & Business Strategy, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, and Change Management.
In addition to my coaching work, I also serve as an adjunct Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology of Dubai and sit on its Management Dept. Advisory Board. I am a part-time facilitator at various institutions like PwC’s Academy Middle East, where I design and deliver customized Leadership Development programs. Currently, I hold the position of CEO of Storall LLC and serve as an internal consultant for its holding company (A&H Al Ghurair Investment group).
