When you feel drained and your to-do list seems like an unconquerable challenge, try to follow these 5 steps to get things back on track:



๐Ÿญ- ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐˜ƒ๐˜€. ๐—ฃ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜

You can only do so much before youโ€™re exhausted and run out of resources. Itโ€™s great to be ambitious but also remember to take a moment to breathe. Give the task at hand its deserved time and let go of your โ€œperfectionistโ€ side.

You canโ€™t pause or manipulate time. You can only manage what you do in the time you have. Itโ€™s a precious and limited resource. Use it wisely.

Prioritise your activities and drop any excess luggage that may be more troublesome than its worth. Filter out the unnecessary and focus on what works and adds value.

Keep that โ€œpleaserโ€ within you in check. Stop saying yes to others whilst putting yourself in second place. Itโ€™s great to help others, but only if youโ€™re able to maintain and sustain your own well-being.
